Luis Alberto Dueñas Lara


He was born in Mexico City in 1967.

He has studied food technology for the National University of Mexico (UNAM), also he has obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Evaluation Center for Higher Education (CENEVAL) he has different specialties, one in Operational Excellence in Supply Chain from the Institute of Technology in Atlanta Georgia. He granted the Diploma in Marketing from the Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM) and obtained the diploma in strategic planning by IPADE.
 
He is a professional with more than 23 years of experience in food and beverage industry, dedicating most of his professional life to one of the leading companies in this field.
 
Coca-Cola Company Mexico (1993-2018). During his career he has held various positions, being the last Technical Operation Director. Within his functions and responsibilities were among others, the strategic planning process throughout the supply chain, always with a great strategic vision for sustained growth and care for the environment.
 
He was also responsible for leading and guiding the important cultural, planning, and transformational change, to achieve a shared vision, becoming a benchmark in most strategic technical indicators within the Coca Cola system.
 
Within his contributions to the industry, as an executive, he contributed to develop some innovation and productivity processes. He developed a packaging patent for the transnational.
 
He contributed to the sustainable growth of the Coca-Cola brand, by leading the construction and started up of the first plant of recycling pet food grade and the largest of its kind in Latin America for that time. With the capacity to process more than 60,000 tons of material per year.
 
He was president of the Mexican Association of Packaging during the 2012-2014 cycle; where He contributed with his knowledge of strategic planning managing to build and consolidate a well-known medium- and long-term business agenda to achieve outstanding results and business indicators.
 
He was responsible for generating a strategic plan to achieve the expansion of EXPOPACK, the largest exhibition of packaging machinery solutions in Latin America.
 
Academically he consolidates the diploma in Packaging, being the most complete and value-added program for all professionals of this industrial sector.
 
In May 2018 he founded the firm Signature Consulting & Trade that brings together a group of entrepreneurs and professionals oriented to provide systemic and value base solutions in a wide vary of the consulting areas, such as technological development, strategic planning , risk management, and energy supply among others.
 
He has continued to collaborate with several top companies like Coca Cola, Canainca, Fenix group, Graham packaging, Amcor, Owens Illinois and Garrido Licona Among others to improve their strategic planning and risk management processes.

Mikel G. Acarregui Bilbao


He was born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1969.

He has a degree in Public Accounting from the Andrés Bello Catholic University.
 
Financial professional with more than 20 years of experience in different national and multinational industries, providers of goods and services, such as consulting, banking, and FMCG (personal care, home, and food).
 
During his career he has acquired and developed skills in different areas such as Financial Planning, Treasury, Credit and Collections, Internal Control, SAP implementation, SOX, and Corporate Finance Management, holding different positions with a high degree of responsibility.
 
In the last 10 years he has collaborated with Coca-Cola Company, both in the Caribbean and in Mexico, as Chief Financial Officer. Among his responsibilities were leading the strategic planning processes, budget control, investments, negotiations with bottlers, all following the long-term plans in a collaborative environment with all the involved areas.
 
During his career at Unilever Andina, he was the financial manager of the SAP implementation project for Venezuela in conjunction with 4 other countries, where the objective was met, working in coordination with the implementation team and local users.
 
In all the companies in which he has collaborated, he has been the benchmark for optimizing activities, ensuring that productivity is generated, eliminating repetitive processes and ensuring that more time is spent on those activities that added value.
 
During 2017 and until Signature Consulting & Trade was founded in May 2018, he collaborated in sales and leadership training processes through the application of Neuroscience.
 
In May 2018, he founded the firm Signature Consulting & Trade that brings together a group of entrepreneurs and professionals focused on providing systemic and value-added solutions in the areas of consulting, technological development, and energy.
 
Currently, he has continued to collaborate with Coca Cola, Bimbo, Alpla, Sanofi Pasteur, among others, to offer solutions that add value, improve their operating processes, and contribute to improving their results.
