In this step of the process with all information gathered, both in meetings and at the field, we analyze and have several interactions with our expert personnel, in order to create a solution that fits client’s needs.

Planning and Proposal
We present the solution to our clients and discuss the project in order to obtain resources and define the timeline for the execution.
We present the economic proposal that includes financial projections, payback, and return of investment.

Project Kickoff and Monitoring
We participate closely with the client in the project kick-off, aligning timing, resources, KPI´s, follow-up meetings, data results discussions and conclusions.

Troubleshooting
If any trouble or delay may happen, we have meetings along with our client team, in order to make decisions to find the best possible solution.

Completion
Once the project is completed, we present a final report to the client, and analyze what could have been done different to always look for improvement.
